Last week before work

This week has been rough - Tuesday, we had our first visit to Day Care - they call it a transition visit. We were there for 2 hours and I left feeling overwhelmed. Thank goodness Johanna and Lindsay were there to keep mom thinking clearly. We went back on Wednesday and we left feeling good about our choice (mom going back to work and Margaux to daycare). Bright Horizons in Bedford will take great care of Margaux. We relaxed after the visit by having a coffee with Kim Baker.

Thursday, 7 moms and 13 kids got together at Julie (Barker) Previte's in Andover. Andrea (Devoid) Reid was visiting from Idaho and it was the perfect excuse to have a get together. We may be older, but the friends are still great company that

warm your heart.

Mom met Marisa and Sarah for dinner at JT Stats, a new sports bar in Southie and we met Mason. By the time we left, we looked around and noticed we were the oldest people in the bar/restaurant. I forgot it was a Thursday night!

And Friday was a nice relaxing day at home. The last Friday . . . . This going back to work is so bittersweet!

Michelle and Glen met came over on Friday night for dinner - we grilled some tasty food and played a little guitar.

And now the weekend starts......I will treasure every moment.
